Ready for the 4th

It’s that time again. Time to measure the follicles. I’m happy to report Chrissy’s follicles are measuring up nicely. This morning’s check-up tells us that we should be inseminating via IUI again in 2-3 days.

 

 

 

Besides that, there really hasn’t been much to report these days. Life goes on and the cycle continues.

Having been through this 3 times now, we can relax a little and not get hung up on every detail. I think this is why Chrissy decided not to use the ovulation tests this month (and to save money…those things aren’t cheap).  By simplifying the process, it’s starting to feel a little more natural.  And that’s really what we need -  to make artificial insemination as natural as possible in our own way.

We also decided to stick with the same donor we’ve been using all along. Our cryobank and the donor sibling registration both report pregnancies from this donor – so we know it’s good stock!  We just need good luck and good timing.

Let’s hope we have both this time around.
